  • Raw juice is liquid love for your body.

    It is easily assimilated to cleanse and nurture your insides while supplying it with a full range of essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes. The ingredients used promote detoxification of the liver, kidneys, and bowels. By only consuming liquids, this also allows your digestive system to rest and begin to heal. By extracting the fiber, raw juice provides the body with an excellent source of nutrition that is virtually predigested.

  • Pre-Cleanse

    We recommend starting to pre-cleanse a few days prior to starting your juice cleanse. Gradually cut out meat, dairy, processed sugar, gluten, alcohol, and caffeine. The day before you start juice cleansing, you should be eating nothing but a clean, plant-based diet.

    The Program

    Enjoy a juice every 2-3 hours. Feel free to drink as much water and herbal teas between juices as you would like. Drink juices in order from 1 to 6.

    Post-Cleanse

    Just like the pre-cleanse, start to introduce foods back into your diet the same way you eliminated them. Maybe start with some smoothies and soups the first day off juicing and introduce light meals, as you feel best.

  • Sweat it out.

    Detox through your pores with moderate exercise or hot yoga. Just make sure to wash away the sweat in a warm bath or shower. Listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded or weak, stop exercise immediately.

    Brush it off.

    Dry skin brushing is an excellent way to stimulate your lymphatic system and drain away toxic build up in your cells. Brush in circular motions towards your heart.

    Write it down.

    Clearing your mind is just as important as clearing your body while cleansing. Journal your thoughts, feelings, and goals for a holistic cleansing experience.

  • Cleanse FAQ

    • How often can I cleanse?

      This is really a personal decision but many people find that they like to cleanse seasonally, so a few times a year is fine. Some clients like to start with a 1 day cleanse first to get used to consuming juice only and then work up to a 3 day cleanse. By consuming the nutrients in our fresh-pressed juices on a regular basis you will help to support your system and keep your body in optimal shape both inside and out. If you have concerns we do recommend that you check with your healthcare professional first before starting a cleanse.

    • What is the juicing process?

      At RAW, our juices are produced with one of the most technically advanced cold pressed juicers. Unlike a normal "centrifugal" juicer which takes a whole fruit or vegetable and squeezes out the juice, our press first grinds the produce wholly into a fine pulp and then applies thousands of pounds of pressure to extract every ounce of juice from the fruit or vegetable resulting in smooth, delicious -tasting juices. The pressing action allows for little to no air to be introduced into the juice, and then we bottle and seal immediately to keep the live enzymes intact.

    • How long do the juices last?

      We fresh press on different days and use an internal tracking system to ensure the freshness of our juices for the length of your cleanse, be it 1 day or 3 days. Each bottle is clearly marked. Once you pick up your cleanse, your juices should be refrigerated immediately. We packed them in a carrier so you can easily bring them to work with you too.

    • How are your juices different than what we see at the grocery store?

      The juices you see in the stores have been through a process called HPP - high pressure processing. This process extends their shelf life but involves heating the juices, which in the process, can destroy the enzymes and nutrients.

    • Will I lose weight on a cleanse?

      Weight lose really isn't a goal of the RAW REBOOT cleanse, instead we want you to feel mentally and physically refreshed and it is designed to give your body a rest and reboot. However, many of our clients do find that they lose some weight but it is really variable and completely individual. That said we don’t consider our cleanse as a means of weight loss but instead a means of fueling your body with optimum nutrients and enzymes.

    • How many calories are in your juices?

      We really don’t like to count calories, but instead focus on the fuel and nutrients that our juices provide but since we know that calories are important to some of our clients, we can share that our juices are each between 40-150 calories depending on the blend. With all of the juices and nut mylks in our cleanse, the daily calorie count is around 1200. If you would like specific nutritional information on each juice, we do have that information in store.

    • Why don’t you use glass bottles?

      We use PET #1 plastic because it is considered a safe single-use plastic-bottle choice. It also allows us to put the value of our juices in the juice itself which is reflected in our pricing. It’s also easier to recycle, fill, ship, and distribute than glass. Since our juices have a 3-4 day shelf live, we are not concerned at all about plastic leaching.

    • Is there even a benefit to a one-day cleanse?

      Absolutely! For 1 full day your body gets 24 hours to rest and heal, plus you flood your body with nutrients and enzymes that it can absorb instantly.

    • Can I workout during a cleanse?

      Because the cleanse is low in carbohydrates and restricted in calories, we suggest lighter workouts during a cleanse and most of all it is important to listen to your body - if you find you don’t have the energy, cut back on the intensity. Some clients even drink protein-rich nut mylk (#6) after their workout to repair their muscles.

    • My stool is red, should I be concerned?

      Please don’t worry, it is just the beets. But if you do feel unwell or have other symptoms like this outside of the cleanse time period, please see your primary care provider.

    • I haven’t gone to the bathroom, should I be concerned?

      When we make our juices, all the fibre is extracted from the fruit and vegetables, so some clients do feel constipated. The chia seeds in juice #4 are designed to help with this issue but if you do feel uncomfortable, we suggest that you take a tea or natural laxative to alleviate the symptoms.

    • Can I do a cleanse if I am on medication?

      A cleanse is designed for healthy individuals so we suggest that you consult with your health practitioner to see if a cleanse is right for you as some of our juices may interfere with medications.

    • Won’t I be tired or light headed if I am not eating solid food?

      By drinking all six juices in one day, you will stay hydrated and should not feel light headed and most of our clients do feel ‘full’ from drinking the juices. Each day of the cleanse you are consuming 15-18 lbs of fruit and vegetables. If you are in good health, your body can function quite well without solid food for a few days.
